Mission Statement

Mission Statement – “The Things We Think and Do Not Say”

We all have our own personal story to share.  We all change over time.  Hopefully we grow in a positive way as we change.  Instead of stating a non-descript Mission Statement that most agents share, you know, the story that states that they are number one or some other self-aggrandizing statements, I’d rather share who and what is important to me in my business.  What’s vitally important in my success is YOU – Your Happiness.  Meeting with you, engaging in conversation, hearing what you say, know what your goals are, and making things happen in a manner that you are most comfortable with.  All the while keeping YOUR wants and needs in mind.

It’s not like I haven’t enjoyed a “successful” career in real estate.  I was “Rookie of the Year” for San Diego county my first year, then wanted to be in the office top 10 – checked that box, then top 5 – checked that box, then International Presidents Circle – yep, checked that box too.  During that period of chasing goals, I was diagnosed with cancer and was told by my oncologist to “get my affairs in order.”

Somewhere along that timeline I had an epiphany on life and how I wanted to live and run my business if I was fortunate enough to continue.  It became clear that it wasn’t about me being one of the top producing agents, it was about me being THE Top Agent in the eyes of those I serve.

It became significantly more important to treat every person as though they were my only client.  To give them (you) what they needed and wanted - time, guidance, patience, and invaluable counsel in their journey of selling a home.  Hence, my plan changed. I decided to work with fewer, select clients who desired that extra personal attention.  Before starting the listing process, engaging in several conversations to fully understand what is most important to you. Then designing and implementing a well thought out plan that yields success and happiness for you, with the minimum amount of stress. Keeping you well informed of the each and every step that we take together down this path. Taking a fast paced, action packed adventure of selling a home and slowing it down while still working quickly. Patiently explaining and negotiating the next step in this very detailed process so there is a clear understanding and less apprehension.  Turning it into a more enjoyable experience.

That’s it. It’s about YOU. Thank you for taking the time to read this and share with your loved ones.  I certainly appreciate the opportunity to represent you and guide you through this special time in your life.

Thank you so very much,

Tim
